Drink Water

Drink Water is an app whose sole aim is to remind you that it's advisable and healthy to drink a certain amount of water each day (which is, of course, more than most people actually drink).

Drink Water works in a simple way: you just have to input your weight and the app will automatically calculate the amount of water you should drink daily. Someone that weighs 70 kilos (154 pounds) should, for instance, drink about 2 liters (67 ounces) of water a day.

Once you insert your data, you'll have to update the app each time you drink a glass of water. You just need a few touches on the screen to tell the app how much you drank. If during lunch you had half a liter, you just add 500 ml.

Drink Water is one of those 'healthy' apps that, for once, is easy to follow. A typical user quickly abandons exercise apps for running or doing crunches, but this one will just remind you to drink water. (That said, it's a LOT of water.)
